Ways of Order
You can order our products in two ways:
1) Order from our web site: www.chioshop.com
You can find the products that you are interested in, via internet search engines or from the various thematic pages. Press the link "Add to cart" next to the product of you interest and it will be entered to your electronic "Order cart". If you want to continue your orders press the link "Continue order" and you will return to the starting point.
When you finish ordering press the link "Payment" that is found under the list of products that you have in your cart. Then click the "Secure payment" link and will be connected to our system of secure ordering. You can cancel the process of secure ordering at any moment during ordering by clicking the link "Send order".
No information from you will be dispatched to us unless you click the link "Send order". Read carefully and accept our terms and conditions and you will be transferred to a secure connection - certified by Globe Charge - where you will be asked to choose a way of payment and delivery. Cost of shipment can vary slightly from the ones listed when you choose ways and location of payment, as there may be a small difference in the weight of some products.

Ways of Payment
You can pay for your order in 3 ways:
1) Cash on Delivery: For those of you, who prefer the traditional way of payment, the products will be delivered by personnel of the chiosshop or by courier and you can pay cash upon delivery of the ordered items.
2) Credit card: If you have a credit card you can use it safety by filling in our order form. The process of refunding via credit cards is covered by the most modern specifications of safety in the secure server of chiosshop.gr with an 128 bit encryption – the maximum security available today - certified by Globe Charge.
On the first time you use your credit card in our shop you will be asked to send either by e-mail or by fax a photocopy of your identity card as well as a photocopy of your credit card.
We ask for your kind appreciation of this additional process that aims exclusively at preventing the use of stolen credit cards and the protection thus of the lawful credit card holders. This information is only given once when a credit card is used for the first time, it will remain in strict confidence and will not be communicated to a third party.
3) Deposit in banking account: You can deposit the money for your orders to the banking account of Chios Shop. Get in touch with us to find out of the precise sum plus the delivery expenses and make use of the new easy service of Web Banking!
